Week 2: Discovery, Research & Customer Insights

Day 3: Discovery, qual vs. quant, surveys & interviews.

Day 4: JTBD, empathy maps, personas, 5 Whys.

Week 3: Ideation, Product Strategy & Roadmaps

Day 5: Ideation techniques, Opportunity Solution Trees.

Day 6: Vision & North Star, roadmaps, prioritization.

Week 4: Execution, Agile, and Collaboration

Day 7: Agile/Scrum, Kanban/Waterfall, user stories, backlog mgmt.

Day 8: Collaboration, influence & conflict, stakeholder mgmt.

Week 5: Product Analytics, Growth, and Iteration

Day 9: Metrics (AARRR/HEART/North Star), data decisions, Arabic localization & privacy.

Day 10: Experiments, pivot/persevere, growth loops, monetization.

Week 6: Go‑to‑Market, Leadership, and Career Growth

Day 11: Launch plans; channels, messaging; working with GTM teams.
